Existence has two poles – one, the static, where nothing changes, and the other, the dynamic, where everything is changing all the time. Between these poles is the birth of the Universe with all its structures, processes, energies, and variety. In our shastras, the static pole is known as Shiva, and the dynamic pole is known as Shakti. Shiva is passive. He doesn’t do anything; he just watches. He leaves the whole process of creation to Shakti.

Shakti has 10 different emanations. These are known as the Dasha Mahavidyas. Shakti is understood and worshipped through these 10 divine forms, Mahavidyas or the great knowledge. The talks will be about the hidden symbolism in the Mahavidyas and how to use them as keys for self-observation and inner transformation. Thus, helping all students on the spiritual path.
