Conscious Living as a way of Transformation of events and relating with people through right actions. Self Observation and Self Remembering as the practices leading to a higher state of Consciousness.
Our journey is from mechanical reactions to conscious response. This starts with what we will call as PAUSE. When we are mechanically getting hypnotized by a reaction, we remember to Pause and introduce a moment of consciousness.
The second practice we do is Self Remembering. This is done by holding our presence in the present moment. Whenever we pause the reaction, we can add Self Remembering, by bringing Presence in the small gap we have created in our sequential thoughts through Pause.
In our self-study or swadhyay, we realize that the whole spiritual journey is about self remembering for longer and longer periods of time. A part of our self study would be to observe and be free of that part of our psychic nature which pulls us away from the state of self remembering.
Designed by Our Guru Mr. S. N. Tavaria, the exercises help you focus on breathing and aid you in attaining better control over your self and thoughts. Through exercises, we learn to breathe in rhythm, all 24 hrs. When we are breathing in rhythm, -ve states and reactions, such as anger, cannot hypnotize us easily. To be able to hypnotize is, it must break the rhythm of breath. We learn the 3SRB as our natural breath, all 24 hrs. To support this, we do some breathing exercises in the 3 step rhythm.
