Conscious Living as a way of Transformation of events and relating with people through right actions. Self Observation and Self Remembering as the practices leading to a higher state of Consciousness.
Our journey is from mechanical reactions to conscious response. This starts with what we will call as PAUSE. When we are mechanically getting hypnotized by a reaction, we remember to Pause and introduce a moment of consciousness.
The second practice we do is Self Remembering. This is done by holding our presence in the present moment. Whenever we pause the reaction, we can add Self Remembering, by bringing Presence in the small gap we have created in our sequential thoughts through Pause.
